Case Study #1 - Telecommunications

A F500 telecommunications client needed a regional data center to process electronic traffic for a government-sponsored lottery offering to consumers.  This regional center would eventually accomodate additional traffic as the lottery concept grew.  The Perrinsville Group was brought in to build the data center from an empty suite of offices to a fully operational, fully staffed business unit in 6 weeks.  After an initial analysis, our solution provided the client with the technology, training and methodologies that resulted in a state-of-the art facility. 

Case Study #2 - Tier 1 Manufacturing


The Founder of a Tier 1 automotive supplier faced several difficult challenges: 1) whether to continue in the automotive sector in light of a downturn or sell the business, 2)  whether to launch a new product in an unfamiliar, still emerging sector and 3) how to artfully replace his company's CEO/family member.  The Perrinsville Group was brought in to assist the Founder in addressing each of these critical issues and the resulting sale of the business, headed by a new CEO and the Founder's profitable launch of a new product in an emerging sector successfully resolved this situation.
